Privacy policy

Data we store

  • Admin website accounts — email address and sign-in identifiers, used only to sign in to the admin console.
  • Admin roles — owner, admin or moderator, stored separately from accounts.
  • Rapcord-service bans — Discord ID, reason, expiry and the admin who issued it.
  • Badges — public badge definitions (name, color, icon) and the Discord IDs they are assigned to.
  • Releases — version, notes, file size, SHA-256 and publication details.
  • Audit log — a record of every admin change.

Data we never collect

Rapcord never asks for or stores Discord passwords or tokens, and never collects Discord chat history or private messages. There is no AI monitoring and no automated judgment of users.

Public badge data

Anyone can look up the enabled Rapcord badges of a Discord ID. The answer contains only display data: label, color and icon.

Update verification

Installers are served over HTTPS. Each release lists a SHA-256 checksum. The Rapcord updater checks the file size and checksum before it opens the installer, and you run the installer yourself.

Custom plugins

Custom and third-party plugins run on your computer inside Discord with your client's privileges. Rapcord does not review them. Only install code you trust.

Contact

Privacy requests are handled by the Rapcord owner. A contact address will be listed here once the owner configures it.
