Administrator panel and service moderation

The in-client Admin button appears only for the Rapcord owner Discord ID 1487381316067397643. That rule is only about showing a button — access always requires a valid signed-in admin session on this website, checked by the server.

What an authorized admin can do

• Create, upload, review, publish, unpublish and roll back releases.
• Create and edit custom badge definitions and edit preset badges' label, color and icon.
• Grant and revoke badges for a Discord ID.
• Issue Rapcord-only temporary or permanent bans with a reason, and unban.
• Review the audit log, which records every change.

Temporary bans

A temporary ban has an expiry time, for example 7 days from now. After it passes, the ban stops applying automatically — the service treats it as inactive. A permanent ban has no expiry and stays until an admin unbans.

Scope

These actions affect Rapcord's service only. They do not ban, mute, kick or change permissions on Discord, and the admin panel never shows Discord chats or private messages.

Only identities known to the Rapcord service can appear; there is no list of every Discord user.

Owner recovery

The owner account is the website account whose verified email matches the owner email configured in Lovable Cloud. If you lose access, the project owner can set a new password in the Lovable Cloud user settings. Keep that email account secure.
