Themes

Pick a theme
- Open Discord → User Settings → Rapcord → Themes.
- Browse the bundled or available themes and enable the one you want.
- To go back, disable the theme or re-enable the default Rapcord theme.
The bundled theme is Rapcord T1, the project's customized version of Eight_P's T1 theme. Its attribution and MIT license are included with the theme.
Add a local CSS theme
The Windows folder is %AppData%\Rapcord\themes. Put a file ending in .theme.css there, reopen the theme list (or restart Discord), then enable it.
Save this minimal example as Purple.theme.css:
/* Purple.theme.css — minimal Rapcord theme example */
:root {
--rapcord-purple: #b58ad9;
--rapcord-purple-dark: #76529b;
}
body {
--brand-experiment: var(--rapcord-purple);
--background-primary: #211b29;
--background-secondary: #19151f;
}Limits
- Theme CSS can break after Discord UI updates, because Discord renames CSS variables and classes.
- Themes are visual only. They are not account-level settings and other people do not see them.
- A broken theme can be disabled from Settings → Themes, or moved out of the folder temporarily.
- Only install CSS you trust.
