What the service stores
- Website admin accounts: email address and sign-in identifiers.
- Admin roles (owner, admin, moderator).
- Rapcord-service bans: Discord ID, reason, expiry and who issued it.
- Public badge definitions and which Discord IDs have which badges.
- Release metadata: version, notes, size, SHA-256 and publication info.
- An audit log of admin changes.
What it never stores
Rapcord never asks for or stores Discord passwords or tokens, and does not collect Discord chat history or private messages. There is no AI monitoring of users.
Public data
A public badge lookup for a Discord ID returns only the enabled badges' display data (label, color, icon).
Security
- Release files are served over HTTPS and every installer has a published SHA-256 that the updater verifies before opening it.
- Custom plugins run locally with your client's privileges — only use code you trust.
